To ensure a smooth and timely initiation of lessons, we want to inform you about an important aspect of our billing process. Our system processes direct debits on the 1st of the following month for all sign-ups completed before the 28th of the current month.
Here are the key details:
Sign-Up Deadline: To guarantee the processing of your payment on the 1st of the following month, we kindly ask that all new sign-ups be completed on or before the 28th of the current month.
Payment for Upcoming Month: If your sign-up occurs on or before the 28th, your first payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of the following month. This payment covers the upcoming month's lessons.
Missed Sign-Up Deadline: If, for any reason, your sign-up is completed after the 28th of the month, we regret to inform you that your payment may not be processed on the 1st of the following month. In such cases, your first payment will include a "Cover charge" as you would have received lessons without a prior payment plan in place. Please ensure timely sign-ups to avoid any interruptions in your child's music education.
